Payment (Booking Directly)
After the booking request is sent, we will send a confirmation and invoice if The Villa is available.

Then, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by The Villa within three (3) working days from receipt of confirmation to secure your booking.
|
|
|
|
We require prepayment by bank transfer or credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation.
|
|
Full payment is required within five (5) days if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival; if less than 14 days remain before the booking commences, the monies are due immediately.
|
|
|
|
Payment can be made via IMT (International Money Transfer) net of all bank charges to our relevant bank account.
|
|
Bookings will be held for 7 days. We reserve the right to release the booking if the deposit confirmation has not been received by then.

|
|
Payment can also be made via Paypal. The Villa use Paypal, which offer a secure way of paying with your credit card.
|
|
Once made the bank transfer, you will need to send us the payment receipt by e-mail, and when the operation has been validated we will send you the final booking confirmation (Voucher) and the receipt of your prepayment attached in (PDF), to the e-mail address provided to us during the booking process.

|
|
The final 50% payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
|
|
Changes to bookings after the deposit has been made can be done, however these will be subject to availability. Bookings and deposit are non transferable.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 % of total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the hotel by the customer.

Villa’s Rule
- Menyerahkan Identitas Tamu (berupa: Copy KTP, Copy Passport atau Copy SIM) kepada Pengurus Villa dan mengisi buku tamu yang disediakan (Provide Guest Identity (such as: copy of ID or Passport or Driving Licence) to the Villa’s care taker and fill the Guest List at the guest book provided).
- Waktu masuk tamu penyewa villa (check in time) adalah pukul 14.00 WIB dan waktu keluar tamu penyewa villa (check out time) adalah pukul 12.00 WIB., kecuali ada kesepakatan sebelumnya dengan Pemilik Villa (check-in time is at 14.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00, Unless there is a prior agreement with the owner of Villa).
- Kapasitas villa untuk Penyewa sampai 12 tamu, dengan 3 Kamar Tidur, silakan beritahu Pengurus Villa jika perlu extra bed sesuai harga sewa (Capacity of the villa is 12 guests maximum, with 3 bedrooms, please ask Villa’s care taker if you need to rent the extra bed).
- Tidak ada pengunjung tambahan dan tamu bermalam tanpa persetujuan pemilik Villa (No additional visitors and overnight guests without approval).
- Merokok hanya di izinkan di area outdoor (balkon). Tidak di izinkan di dalam villa (No smoking inside the villa. You may smoke outside but please keep it clean and safe).
- Menjaga kebersihan villa baik di dalam ruangan maupun di pekarangan villa seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya, tidak membuang puntung rokok sembarangan dan tidak membuang sampah di water closet (Please keep the cleanliness of the villa either indoors or in the garden).
- Tidak melakukan kegiatan yang melanggar ketentuan hukum seperti mengunakan Obat-Obatan terlarang/Narkotik, membawa minuman keras dan atau kegiatan prostitusi (Do not engage in activities that violate the provisions of the law such as using illicit Drugs / Narcotics, bringing liquor and or prostitution).
- Menjaga ketenteraman di lingkungan villa dengan tidak memutar audio dengan sangat keras, menyalakan kembang api/mercon yang berlebihan (Keeping the peace in the villa with no play audio with a very loudly, light fireworks / firecrackers excessive).
- Menghemat dalam menggunakan listrik, air dan gas, seperti: mematikan lampu disiang hari, mematikan kran air yang tidak dibutuhkan, dan atau mengunakan dapur secara efisien (Save in the use of electricity, water and gas, such as turning off the lights during the day, turn off the water faucet that is not needed, or use the kitchen efficiently).
- Menjaga keutuhan inventaris villa yang ada di dalam villa maupun keutuhan tanaman di pekarangan villa.
- Pemadaman Listrik oleh PLN atau Air tidak mengalir dari PDAM dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan.
- Penyewa vila wajib menyelesaikan pembayaran sewa villa kepada Pengurus Villa (Bpk. Joko) saat kedatangan (Tenants must complete villa rental payments to the Villa’s care taker “Mr. Joko” upon arrival).
- Tamu dapat memberikan Tip terimakasih kepada Pengurus Villa atas bantuannya kepada tamu selama menginap di villa.
- Segala kerusakan yg disebabkan oleh tamu, akan di charge sesuai harga barang (Any damage caused by guests, will be charged according to the price of the item).
- Villa berhak mengeluarkan tamu jika melakukan perbuatan yang melawan hukum, menganggu keamanan dan ketentraman lingkungan villa atau tidak membayar sewa villa pada waktunya.
